Ingredients

  • 雞蛋 2隻
  • 牛奶 60ml
  • 麵粉 120g
  • 糖 80g
  • 菜油 50ml
  • 泡打粉 2茶匙
  • 雲呢拿油
  • 可可粉 2茶匙
  • 朱古力粒 適量

Directions

混合雞蛋、糖、牛奶、菜油、麵粉、泡打粉(原味蛋糕糊)

加入雲呢拿油,或可可粉,拌勻,有需要再加入朱古力粒

水滾後,蒸8-10分鐘
