  • 500g egg whites (2 cups)
  • 180g of flax seeds (1 1/2 cups)

Directions

  1. 1. Grind the flax seeds into a flour.
  2. 2. Whip the egg whites until they are very frothy.
  3. 3. Combine the two mixtures and gently mix.
  4. 4. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
  5. 5. Your super soft bread is ready!
