  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 2 limes)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion (from 1 small red onion), divided
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped unseeded jalapeño (from 1 small jalapeno, optional)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1-ounce) package 25 percent less-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese (8 ounces)
  • 2 plum or Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
