Ingredients

  • 200 g spaghetti for 4 person appetizer size.
  • 6 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp warm water
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley split
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • To make Pasta
  • 2 liters water
  • 10 g salt per liter water for pasta water.

Directions

split garlic and remove germ. Boil just covered 4 times. Change water in between.

Put garlic, olive oil, and water into tall glass container and purée using emersion blender

Strain into cool frying pan.

Start pasta

Add pepper, red pepper, and parsley and cook gently over medium heat till just simmering. Turn off heat.

Add cooked pasta and mix till creamy. Add pasta water if needed
