(air Fryer) Apricot Lamb Burgers

Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 50 g dried apricots, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, then divide into 4 equal portions and mould into burgers.
  2. Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C/350°F.
  3. Add the burgers to the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 15 minutes, turning carefully halfway through cooking.
  4. Check the internal temperature of the burgers has reached 75°C then serve
