(Air Fryer) Bocconcini Balls

Ingredients

  • 70g plain flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 70g dried breadcrumbs
  • 10 bocconcini (Mini Mozzarella Balls)

Directions

  1. Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C/400°F.
  2. Place the flour, egg and breadcrumbs on 3 separate plates.
  3. Dip each bocconcini ball first in the flour to coat, then the egg, shaking off any excess before rolling in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Add the breaded bocconcini to the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 5 minutes
  5. Serve immediately.
