Combine the chicken, peppers, courgettes/zucchini and olive oil in a bowl.
Add the fajita seasoning and stir to coat.
Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C/350°F.
Add the coated vegetables and chicken to the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 12 minutes, shaking the drawer several times during cooking.
Serve immediately alongside the serving suggestions or your own choices of accompaniments.
