Air Fryer Crusted Fish WW 2

Ingredients

  • Light mayonnaise ¼ cup(s)
  • Fresh parsley 1 Tbsp, chopped
  • Dill 1 Tbsp, chopped
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Table salt ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Uncooked tilapia fillet(s) 1½ pound(s), 4 (6-oz) fillets
  • Dry potato flakes ¾ cup(s)
  • Cooking spray 5 spray(s)

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Pour potato flakes into a pie pan or rimmed plate.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spread 2 fillets with 1 Tbsp mayonnaise mixture each; dredge fillets in potato flakes, pressing gently to adhere. Spray air fryer with cooking spray. Arrange 2 coated fillets in air fryer and spray fillets with cooking spray. Air-fry until breading is crisp and fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Remove from air fryer and keep warm. Repeat process with remaining mayonnaise mixture, fillets, and potato flakes.
