(Air Fryer) Lamb Koftas

Ingredients
- 500 g. minced lamb (low fat)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ½ teaspoon chilli/chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon runny honey
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
Divide into equal portions and mould into sausage shapes.
Place in the fridge for at least an hour before cooking.
Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C/350°F.
Thread a small metal skewer through each kofta.
Place in the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
