Make slices across each of the chicken with a sharp knife.
Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl, then add the chicken.
Massage the marinade into the meat, then leave to marinate in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Preheat the air-fryer to 200°C/400°F.
Lay the chicken on an air-fryer liner or pierced parchment paper.
Cook for 10 minutes each side
