Make up the marinade by combining all ingredients in a jar and shaking vigorously.
Bring steaks out of the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
Place in a bowl, cover with the marinade and leave to marinate at room temperature for the full 30 minutes.
Preheat the air-fryer to 180°C/350°F.
Thread the marinated steak pieces onto metal skewers and place these into the preheated air-fryer.
Air-fry for 3-5 minutes, depending on how rare you like your steak.
Serve immediately, scattered with sliced red chilli, spring onion and coriander to garnish
