Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- Butter (4 tbsp)
- Flour (4 tbsp)
- Cream (1 cup)
- Chicken Broth (1 cup)
- Mozzarella (1 cup)
- Parmesan (1/2 cup)
- Dried Parsley (1-2 tbsp)
- Minced Garlic (4-5 cloves)
- Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
- Sherry (1/4 cup)
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Melt butter and add flour
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly
- Add cream and chicken broth all at once and blend well
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth
