Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of quinoa
  • ¼ – ½ avocado
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/6 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 cup of Bragg’s Liquid Amino
  • 1/8 cup of cilantro
  • Coriander, Cumin, and oregano

Directions

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to boil.
  2. Add quinoa and then you let boil for about 20 minutes.
  3. Turn off heat. Keep the lid on.
  4. Next, in a blender, except avocado, you combine other ingredients with ¼ cup of the water until you see it is smooth.
  5. Pour this mixture over the quinoa.
  6. Slice avocado on top of quinoa.
