All American Flag Jello Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiling water, divided
  • 2 packages (4 serving size) blue JELLO
  • 2 packages (4 serving size) red JELLO
  • 1 package (4 serving size) Lemon JELLO
  • 3 cups cold water, divided
  • 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip, thawed Plus additional for the top
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

Directions

  1. Stir 1 1/2 cups boiling water into the blue JELLO and red JELLO in separate bowls for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1 1/2 cups cold water into each bowl.
  3. Spray a 13 X 9 clear baking dish with nonstick spray.
  4. Pour the blue layer in the greased dish, refrigerate for 45 minutes.
  5. Refrigerate red layer (In the bowl) for 45 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, stir in 1 cup water into Lemon JELLO. Refrigerate X 25 minutes.
  7. Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk.
  8. Gently spoon over blue layer. Refrigerate X 10 minutes.
  9. Gently spoon red layer on.
  10. Refrigerate x 4 hours.
  11. Decorate with additional whipped topping and blueberries/strawberries in a flag design.

Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for about 60 min. Let cool and then top with glaze & enjoy!"
