Almond Coconut Protein Bars with Hemp Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 C almonds
  • 1 C raw hemp seeds
  • ¾ C protein in vanilla
  • ¼ teas salt
  • ¼ C water
  • 1/3 C melted coconut oil
  • 1 TB cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 C unsweetened fine coconut
  • 1 ¼ C packed pitted soft dates

Directions

  1. Process almonds in blender or food processor
  2. Add dates and hemp seeds.
  3. Mix all other ingredients
  4. Put in a square baking pan and press down
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour and cut into bars
  6. Note: I always cut pitted dates in half as I add them as a pit can sometimes be found which doesn't do any good for the food processor.
