Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
- 1/2 apple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a bowl or container. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate in an air-tight container up to four days.
