  • 30g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/2 medium sliced apple
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 30g mixed berries

  1. 1. Add oats and milk to a microwave safe dish, then microwave full power for 2-3 minutes until oats begin to bubble
  2. 2. Remove from microwave and mix in whey powder
  3. 3. Thinly cut apple slices and add along with the berries. Scatter cinnamon and serve
