Apple Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 grated apple
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs honey
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs melted butter
- Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Mix all together. Pour into muffin tin.
- Bake at 350° for about 18 min
