Apple Scrapple
Ingredients
- 4 C 4C peeled, sliced, tart apples sliced, tart apples; peeled
- 1-3/4 br sugar
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C oatmeal uncooked
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 C soft butter
Directions
- Grease 8x8 deep pan. Place apples in pan. Mix dry ingredients with butter. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake at 375 for 30 mins. Eat warm topped with ice cream.
