Apple Spice Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 box of spice cake mix (I used Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix)
- 1 21oz can apple pie filling. You'll probably need to chop the apples.
- 1 C all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ⅔ C water
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ⅓ C cold butter, cubed
- For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 4oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ C powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2-3 tbsp milk
