Wash fish with just water, dont rub insides much
Make sure you don’t remove scales, insides can be cleaned but shouldn’t if its sea fish not planted fish
Add spices and oil to fish
When grill is heated*
Add the fish to the grill
When one side is done flip to the other
Dont add oil to grill
Grill on high heat
