Arrachera Beef Marinade
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. flank or skirt steaks
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic.
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- mushrooms, chopped.
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 ground cumin
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together. Place steak in a zip lock bag or tight container, marinade at least one hour.
Beef is perfect for tacos, stew, fajitas or served as a main meat dish. Reduce marinade 1/2 and serve over meat.
