Directions

  1. Make hole in chili roast over open flame with a little slit in it so it won't explode
  2. Get a plastic bag and rub off the blackened skin of the poblano
  3. Slice and set aside
  4. Cook rice and mix it with Crema
  5. Add corn, cheese and poblano
  6. Put in oven and bake
