Ingredients
- Rice
- Corn
- Crema
- Poblano
- Cheese Monterrey
Directions
- Make hole in chili roast over open flame with a little slit in it so it won't explode
- Get a plastic bag and rub off the blackened skin of the poblano
- Slice and set aside
- Cook rice and mix it with Crema
- Add corn, cheese and poblano
- Put in oven and bake
