  1. Hacer el arroz
  2. Sofreír las espinacas con ajo y mezclar con arroz
  3. Picar el ajo.
  4. Cortar la pechuga en tiras
  5. En una sartén: pechuga, judías y ajo
  6. Servir una base de arroz, añadir le pechuga con las judías por encima
