- 400g Woolworths Select Fresh Singapore Noodles
- 1 tbs peanut oil
- 3cm piece ginger, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 6 cups Gold Free-range Chicken Stock
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced diagonally
- 1 bunch choy sum, shredded bean shoots and chopped chilli (optional), to serve
