  • 3 cans of chicken broth
  • Chicken soup base
  • Quail eggs
  • Fresh White asparagus
  • Regular eggs

Directions

  1. Boil 3 cans of chicken broth with 3 cans of water, and 1 teaspoon of soup base
  2. Cut white asparagus (if not green. Both should be small ones- it's softer than the large size), and stick it in soup, boil on low
  3. Boil on low until tender (approx 40 min)
  4. Add crab lump to soup.
  5. In a different bowl, stir 2 eggs and then pour into soup. Put boiler on medium
  6. In another pot, boil quail eggs
  7. Add quail eggs to pot
  8. FINISHED!
  9. Season with pepper and red vinegar
