Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams fresh wide rice noodles (sen yai)
  • 200 grams tempeh
  • 1 handful of chopped Chinese broccoli (kailan) - I used about 2 stalks for this recipe.
  • 2-3tbsp silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Garnish with chili flakes, pepper, and vinegar if you like
