Bacon Avocado Cheddar Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2-3 slices Bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2tbsp Butter

Directions

  1. Cook bacon on stove while peeling avocado and cutting into thin slices.
  2. Butter frying pan or skillet and butter first slice of bread, butter side facing the pan.
  3. Turn stove on medium heat while sprinkling cheese onto bread.
  4. Add avocado slices, bacon and more cheese if desired (the more cheese the better :)
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top and butter the side facing up.
  6. Flip the sandwich until it is grilled to your liking and voila, the most satisfying grilled cheese you will ever eat! my cheat day meal :)
