Directions

  1. 水,面粉,盐,糖,酵母混合揉成能拉厚膜的面团
  2. 加黄油(或玉米油)揉至完全阶段
  3. 立刻分成10份(40g每份),搓圆
  4. 静置10分钟
  5. 杆成橄榄椭圆形,1/3处折叠,另一边1/3处压上,再对折捏紧口。搓成长条,一边压扁,另一边弯过来塞在扁口处包起来,放在布上(防粘)
  6. 温暖处发酵30分钟
  7. 烧水加白糖融化,转小火。设置烤箱温度conv bake 390f
  8. bagel放入糖水中每面30秒钟取出放烤盘上,烤16-18分钟表面上色
