Baked Artichoke Squares

Ingredients

  • 2. 8 oz cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 9 oz pkg frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in untreated 15 x 10 baking pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.
  2. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  3. Meanwhile in medium bowl combine all remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spread mixture evenly over partially baked crust.
  4. Bake at 375 for an additional 8-10 minutes or until topping is thoroughly heated. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Serve warm.
