Baked Beans On Toast & Salad
Ingredients
- 1 small (130g) can baked beans
- 1 slice wholegrain bread
- Light margarine
- 1 cup green salad leaves
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 tbsp spring onion
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar or dressing of your choice
Directions
Toast bread add butter, add baked beans
Make salad - mix salad leaves in a bowl, slice cucumber, tomato and spring onions
Add salad dressing
