Baked Brussel Sprouts & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Brussel sprouts fresh, cut in half
  • 3 sweet potatoes cut in chunks
  • 3 garlic gloves diced or 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 tsp basil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix garlic, seasonings and olive oil in gallon size ziplock bag. Toss Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes in bag. Cover sprouts & potatoes evenly with mixture.
  2. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 25 min. Check periodically to flip or stir if burning
  3. Enjoy!
