Baked Rueben Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz can of sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1/2 lb deli corn beef, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 2 quart casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve with crackers or party rye bread.
