Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz can of sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 lb deli corn beef, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 2 quart casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden. Serve with crackers or party rye bread.
