In an 8qt pot bring water to a boil and cook pasta shells for approx 8min or until al dente. Immediately remove from heat and cool off with cold water. In a medium bowl combine rest of the ingredients except for sauce and 1/4 cup of mozzarella. Place a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 12x9x2 baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit. Spoon cheese mixture into pasta shells and place open side up on prepared baking dish. Pour the rest of the spagehetti sauce over shells. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 40min. Sprinkle mozzarella over shells, cover and continue cooking for 5min.
