Bakwan Aka Bala2

Ingredients

  • 150 gram tepung terigu plus 1 sendok makan tapioka
  • 200 gram kol, iris halus memanjang
  • 1/2 buah bawang bombay, iris halus
  • 1 batang daun bawang dan satu batang sledri, iris halus
  • Air secukupnya hingga adonan kental ( jangan terlalu banyak, jadi adonan bisa di sendokin bulat-bulat )
  • 1 sendok teh kaldu ayam atau garam sesuai selera
  • 1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1/8 sendok teh gula pasir ( seujung jari..:D )
  • 1 siung bawang putih, haluskan

Directions

  1. Campur semua bahan, adonan harus kental dan masih bisa di sendokin bulat
  2. Koreksi rasa dengan cara menggoreng sedikit adonan, sudah pas belum gurihnya
  3. Ambil dua buah sendok, bentuk adonan bulat, masukkan ke minyak yang sudah di panaskan
  4. Goreng hingga matang dan kering luarnya.
  5. Sajikan hangat dengan cabe rawit

Noted :

  1. Sayuran boleh di tambah wortel, tapi jangan taoge. Taoge jika masuk adonan bakwan dan tidak langsung di goreng bisa berair, nanti adonan jadi lembek...nggak bisa di bentuk bulat
