Directions

  1. Heat a sauté pan on Medium High, then add a tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté asparagus in garlic and add balsamic, salt and pepper to taste. Allow the balsamic vinegar to reduce into a glaze. Continue until asparagus is at desired doneness. Serve with grated Parmesiano Reggiano.
  2. Goes great with a Red Hook Longhammer IPA.
