Banana Bran Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 45g Wheat Bran Flakes
  • 110g fresh or frozen banana
  • 125ml oat milk
  • 87g vanilla yoghurt
  • 7g almond butter
  • Latte with low fat milk

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and serve.

Follow with a latte made at home with milk or alternatively save it for mid morning snack.
