Banana Cream Graham Cracker Dessert

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 6 cups of milk
  • 2 1/2 cups of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (heaping) of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • Small hunk of butter (tablespoon)
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 4 bananas
  • Crust:
  • 2 packs of graham crackers
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions

  1. 8 x 13 pan.
  2. Mix all of the filling ingredients together. Cook until thick, constantly stir. Let cool.
  3. For crust, spray pan with Pam. Mix all ingredients together and then press around pan. Bake crust at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 30 minutes. Then layer bananas on top of cooled crust. Poor putting overtop. Refrigerate.
