Ingredients

  • Graham Crust:
  • 1 cup Graham crumbs (100g)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Banana Cream Filling:
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/4 cups vanilla instant pudding mix (150g)
  • 1 cup banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Mix crust ingredients well
  2. Grease 9” pie plate
  3. Press mixture evenly into pie plate
  4. Cool in fridge for 2 hours
  5. Prepare instant pudding & pour into pie crust
  6. Lay banana slices in pudding
  7. Refrigerate to firm up
