Banana Cream Pie With Graham Crumb Crust
Ingredients
- Graham Crust:
- 1 cup Graham crumbs (100g)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Banana Cream Filling:
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 1/4 cups vanilla instant pudding mix (150g)
- 1 cup banana, sliced
Directions
Mix crust ingredients well
Grease 9” pie plate
Press mixture evenly into pie plate
Cool in fridge for 2 hours
Prepare instant pudding & pour into pie crust
Lay banana slices in pudding
Refrigerate to firm up
