Banana & Nut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup skim or almond milk
- 1/4 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/2 apple, diced
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine quick oats, milk, flaxseed, and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes, or longer depending on microwave.
Stir the mixture, top with walnuts, apples, and bananas. Serve hot.
