Banana-Nut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 63ml unsweetened oat milk
  • 5g peanut butter
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 100g vanilla yoghurt
  • 4g chia seeds
  • 110g banana, roughly mashed
  • 1 cup low-fat latte

Directions

  1. In a container or jar combine milk, peanut butter, rolled oats, yoghurt, chia seeds and mashed banana. Seal container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. The oats will be ready to eat in the morning.
  3. Enjoy with a latte.
  4. TIP: For cooler days, add all ingredients without the milk and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave the milk and mix through to warm oats.
