BBQ Peach Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Pound Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (Sliced)
  • 18 Ounce Bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • 15 Ounce Can Peaches in Heavy Syrup (Juices Reserved)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Whisk together salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  2. Rub mixture all over pork shoulder.
  3. Place pork in crock pot.
  4. In a large bowl, stir peaches and syrup together with barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and crushed garlic cloves.
  5. Pour mixture over pork shoulder, cover crock pot, and cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. Use two forks to shred pork, then stir everything into peach barbecue sauce until completely coated.
