Beef and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1/2 -1 onion
  • Beef bouillon
  • 1 can mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 - 1 bag egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup water
  • 2 TBSP flour

Directions

  1. Brown the meat and onions.
  2. If using fresh mushrooms brown in another pan
  3. Add bouillon.
  4. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water with 2 TBSP flour.
  5. May repeat until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Add mushrooms.
  7. Let simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Serve over noodles.
