Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium high heat.
Add beef mince and cook, stirring and breaking up any lumps, for 2-3 minutes or until the mince has browned. Add carrot, zucchini, onion and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the spices, black beans, tomato passata, water and cook for a further 4-5 minutes or until the beef is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Season to taste.
