Directions

  1. Brown brisket on high
  2. Sprinkle ay jus and onion soup mix and little water
  3. Cook on 300 for 2 hours covered TIGHTLY in foil
  4. Cool off (overnight preferred)
  5. Slice meat
  6. Place in crockpot
  7. Enjoy as delicious sandwiches! Thanks Grams!
