  • 1 cup Water (240 mL)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt divided
  • 10 oz Bell Peppers mixed, diced
  • 1-1/2 cups Yellow Onions chopped or thinly sliced (170g)
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Zest
  • 1 - 2 tsp Lime Juice
