Beef goulash

  • 1 pound Ground Venison or Ground Beef
  • 10 oz. stewed Tomatoes
  • 10 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 20 oz. package Pasta Shells
  • 1 cup Green Onions
  • 10 oz. drained Mushrooms
  • 1 chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Juice (optional)
  • Directions
  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground meat with onions. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat
  • 2. While meat is simmering, cook the pasta according the package directions. Drain and add the pasta to the meat.
  • 3. Simmer for another 15 minutes and serve hot. Add and mix vegetable juice in if more moisture is desired.
