  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in bowl.
  2. Add meat mix well
  3. Marinate in Fridge overnight
  4. Drain excess liquid
  5. Place rack over kitchen roll and oil rack.
  6. Place meat on rack with overlapping meat.
  7. Pat dry with kitchen roll
  8. Smoke 4 to 6 hours
