Beef Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 tea. snipped fresh thyme
- 1/2 tea. bottled minced garlic
- 1/2 tea. black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and whisk. Pour marinade over beef. Marinade overnight if possible.
