Beef Roast Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1 cup salt
- 2 Tbsp. freshly ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried Basil
- 2 Tbsp. ground rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Thyme
- 1/8 tsp. Cayenne
Directions
- This should make enough seasoning for two roasts.
- Place all ingredients in a labeled glass jar and shake to mix.
- Rub a thin layer of cooking oil all over the roast.
- Spread a layer of seasoning on the roast.
